Can I test pre-owned equipment before buying?
Yes - we fully support our customers in testing all pre-owned hi-fi gear before buying. Contact our team at 02 9561 0788 to arrange a listening appointment at our Sydney showroom.
What does the warranty for second-hand equipment cover?
Audio Connection's warranty for second-hand equipment covers repairs or part replacements due to mechanical faults or defects in materials that arise under normal use. Warranty does not cover misuse, abuse, or wear and tear.
What kind of trade-ins do you accept?
We accept pre-loved hi-fi equipment on a case-by-case basis. In general, the equipment must be functional and in relatively good condition. Our team will assess the condition of your trade-in equipment before informing you of its value.
