How do I redeem the KrisFlyer miles?
Simply scan the QR code in store when you're ready to pay for your new system from Audio Connection within the Kris+ app (free to download and setup - App Store and Play Store). You'll then checkout using your Apple Pay, Google Pay or Samsung Pay credit card, and within seconds the transaction will be completed and the Krisflyer miles will be in your account. Simple!
What if I'm a Kris+ member already but not local to Audio Connection. Can I still earn miles if I cannot come into store?
Yes, absolutely. We can discuss your needs over the phone or via email, and once we've worked out the perfect system for you, we can send you instructions to pay online via the Kris+ app. You'll complete the checkout online, and your miles will be earned instantly.
What if I am not a Kris+ member. How can I join?
Easy! Just download the Kris+ app on your smartphone and follow the prompts to create an account. You'll be signed up to KrisFlyer, Singapore Airlines' frequent flyer program. Once you're all set up, you're ready to start earning miles.
Can I earn KrisFlyer miles shopping online?
