The key to its performance lies in the LFP batteries; the S1000-SourcePower uses eight batteries (24V system). Although these batteries have not been widely used in the audio sector due to their high cost, they are extremely powerful, durable, and safe. This aligns perfectly with our standards. Despite the impressive dimensions of the StromTanks, they are relatively compact thanks to advancements in battery technology. Just a few years ago, the size of a comparable device would have been impractically large. For those who enjoy classical music with a HiFi system that isn't oversized, the S1000-SourcePower is your ideal StromTank.
