Nordost's unique flat speaker cable design introduced the audio world to a new level of performance. This design isn’t just eye-catching—it’s an elegant solution to the conflicting demands of low resistance, capacitance, and inductance that hinder conventional cable configurations. Nordost’s Purple Flare 3 Loudspeaker Cable is constructed using 16 x 24 AWG silver-plated, solid core OFC conductors, which have undergone an intricate FEP extrusion process to enhance the dielectric properties of the cables. The heavy-gauge conductors provide satisfying weight and dynamic range, delivering greater musical involvement, drama, and impact.
