Overview

Built as a fully discrete, dual-mono design within a single chassis per channel, MBL's 9008 delivers serious current reserves and impressive stability across the frequency spectrum. The design has clearly been optimised for ultra-wide bandwidth and linearity.

MBL’s proprietary amplifier topology combines high-current output stages with a generously specified power supply. A substantial transformer and extensive capacitor offer quick dynamic swings without compression, even into low-impedance loads. Precision thermal management and a clean internal layout minimise noise and distortion, with balanced internal circuitry and short signal paths.

Designed and manufactured in Germany to the highest standards, the MBL 9008 is often demonstrated with MBL’s Radialstrahler designs.
