Overview
LUMIN P1 Mini distils flagship features from the outstanding LUMIN X1 including optical networking to provide complete isolation from network noise, dual Femto crystal oscillators and Lumin's proprietary FPGA clock distribution system, and an internal toroidal linear power supply.
P1 combines music streaming, digital-to-analogue conversion and preamplifier functionality in a compact solid aluminium chassis. USB, optical/SPDIF, HDMI ARC and stereo analogue inputs are offered in addition to support of high-resolution music playback through a wide range of streaming services, including TIDAL, Qobuz and Spotify, with Roon integration and AirPlay compatibility.
LUMIN's Leedh Processing lossless digital volume control also allows the P1 Mini to operate directly as a digital preamplifier.
The fully balanced DAC section is built around the dual ES9028PRO devices with XLR and RCA outputs for connecting to a wide range of amplifiers.
