Chario Aviator Nobile Bookshelf Speakers with Stands - As Traded

The Italian made Chario Aviator Nobile takes it's name from the famed Italian airship commander Umberto Nobile, a pioneer of aviation and polar exploration. 

A two-way bookshelf loudspeaker, Nobile combines a 38mm T38 soft-dome tweeter with a 160mm Rohacell® bass/midrange driver incorporating a NeFeB motor, arranged using Chario’s Reversed Vertical Alignment, with the woofer positioned above the tweeter. The tweeter’s waveguide is designed to provide coupling between the two transducers. 

The T38 tweeter is capable of operating at a low frequencies, allowing a relatively low 1180Hz crossover point. 

With a cabinet constructed from solid Italian walnut and HDF, in a beautiful curved cabinet, Nobile uses a down-firing Vented NRS low-frequency loading system, allowing the reflex output to be directed beneath the cabinet.
