Overview
Truly a limited edition piece, only 68 pairs of Cambridge Audio's Edge S Limited Edition Floorstanding Speakers will ever be produced. Taking inspiration from their sister British brand Mordaunt Short, and built to commemorate Cambridge Audio's 50th birthday, each Edge S speaker is handmade.
Featuring an acoustically inert polyurethane resin chassis, CNC milled aluminium driver rings and a heavy die-cast solid aluminium base with spiked feet. An Aspirated Tweeter Technology (ATT) tweeter floats freely in a discrete enclosure, supported by Continuous Profile Cone (CPC) mid-range drivers and woofers.
The crossover has been designed with a minimalist approach, just 16 components comprise the entire assembly.
