Overview

802 D4 is one step down from the flagship 801 D4 of B&W's 800 Series Diamond range, offering the same advanced Turbine Head midrange enclosure in a slightly smaller presentation. While the bass output of the 801 D4 can overwhelm many listening spaces, the 802 D4 is easier to integrate, while still providing true full range sound with solid bass weight. 

802 D4 features B&W's state-of-the-art driver complement, including a 25 mm Diamond dome tweeter, a 150 mm Continuum cone midrange with Biomimetic Suspension and decoupled mounting, and dual 200 mm Aerofoil bass cones with Anti-Resonance Plug. The cabinet features an aluminium top-plate and carefully designed internal bracing, while Matrix and Flowport technologies provide fast, agile, and deep bass. 

802 D4 requires a powerful and articulate amplifier to really sing, and reference level input components, to really shine. Any holes in your signal chain will become immediately obvious!
