Metal-Layer Noise-Dissipation
Achieving 100% shield coverage is simple, but preventing RFI from distorting the equipment’s ground reference requires AQ’s Noise-Dissipation. This system absorbs and reflects RFI, stopping it from reaching the ground layer and distorting the signal.

Foamed-Polyethylene Insulation
Solid materials near a conductor create an imperfect circuit, absorbing energy and releasing it as distortion. With high air content, Foamed-PE reduces energy absorption and minimizes the out-of-focus effect seen in other materials.

Asymmetrical Double-Balanced Geometry
Designed for single-ended applications, this geometry lowers ground impedance, delivering a richer, more dynamic sound. Separating the ground from the shield results in cleaner, quieter performance.

Cold-Welded, Gold-Plated Terminations
These connections avoid the distortion caused by solder. Instead, they use a high-pressure process, with ground shells made for low distortion rather than machinability.
