This unit combines traditional Accuphase craftsmanship with cutting-edge circuitry and mechanical quality and the latest technology to achieve world-class performance and sound quality, capturing every musical detail.

Accuphase pioneered the revolutionary AAVA volume control, which revolutionized analog preamplifiers. The latest model, the C-3900S, achieves even lower noise levels by increasing the number of parallel output amplifiers, thereby improving the signal-to-noise ratio at normal volume settings.

The entire signal system, from input to output, is balanced, and the entire circuitry has been completely redesigned, including the IV conversion amplifier, which uses ANCC, which achieves both high precision and low noise. This has significantly improved characteristics such as the signal-to-noise ratio and distortion rate, enabling signal transmission of even higher purity.
