The most distinctive characteristic of Nordost’s product line is the flat cable design. While visually striking, this design is focused on performance enhancement rather than aesthetics. The flat geometry is a deliberate choice to reduce capacitance, strand interaction, and skin effect within speaker cables, resulting in cleaner, more accurate signal transmission.
Nordost’s new Red Dawn 3 Loudspeaker Cables are built with 22 x 24 AWG silver-plated, solid core OFC conductors, utilizing an intricate FEP extrusion process to improve dielectric properties. Finished with gold-plated z-plug banana or spade connectors, Red Dawn 3 cables increase drive and dynamic realism, elevating your system’s musicality.
