Terms and Conditions

1. Promoter

   • The promoter is Audio Connection Australia Pty Ltd (ABN 78 060 741 120) of 515 Parramatta Road Leichhardt NSW 2040, referred to in these terms and conditions as Audio Connection.

   • The promotion is run in collaboration with Sidewall Social, but Sidewall Social is not the promoter.

2. Promotion Name

   • This promotion is called the “Audio Connection x Sidewall Social KEF Muo Giveaway”.

3. Eligibility

   • Entry is open to Australian residents only.

   • Entrants must be aged $18$18 years or over at the time of entry.

   • Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of Audio Connection, its related entities, and Sidewall Social are not eligible to enter.

   • By entering, you warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements.

4. Promotion Period

   • The promotion begins at 9:00am AEST on August 19th 2026 and ends at 11:59pm AEST on 30 August 2026.

   • Entries received outside the promotion period will not be accepted.

5. How to Enter

   • During the promotion period, participants must:

     • Scan the QR code displayed on Sidewall Social promotional materials or at participating locations.

     • Follow the official Audio Connection Instagram account: @audioconnectionaus.

     • Tag at least one friend in the comments on the designated giveaway post.

   • Each comment tagging at least one friend on the designated giveaway post will be counted as one entry, subject to Instagram’s terms of use.

   • Profiles must be public at the time of the draw so entry can be verified.

   • No purchase is necessary to enter or win.

6. Entry Conditions

   • Entrants are responsible for any internet or mobile charges that may apply.

   • Entries that are incomplete, illegible, fraudulent, or that otherwise do not comply with these terms and conditions may be deemed invalid.

   • Audio Connection may, in its sole discretion, disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or acts in a disruptive or dishonest manner.

7. Prizes

   • There are a total of five $5$3 prizes to be won.

   • Each prize consists of one KEF Muo portable speaker, with a recommended retail value of $AUD\,460$AUD460.

   • The total prize pool is valued at $AUD\,2{,}300$AUD1,380 (including GST).

   • Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash or any other products or services.

   • If a prize is unavailable for any reason, Audio Connection reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

8. Winner Selection and Draw

   • Five winners will be selected at random from all valid entries received during the promotion period.

   • The random draw will take place at 9:00am AEST on 31 August 2026 at Audio Connection’s offices or another suitable location determined by Audio Connection.

   • Audio Connection may use a computerised random selection system or other fair, transparent method to determine the winners.

9. Winner Notification and Prize Claim

   • Winners will be notified via direct message to their Instagram account used to enter the promotion within three $3$3 business days of the draw.

   • Winners may be asked to provide their full name, age, email address, contact number, and postal address to claim the prize.

   • If a winner does not respond and claim their prize within seven $7$7 days of notification, Audio Connection reserves the right to redraw the prize and award it to another eligible entrant.

   • Prizes will be delivered within Australia only, either via courier/post or collection from Audio Connection’s premises, as determined by Audio Connection.

10. Verification

    • Audio Connection may request proof of identity, age, and residency before awarding any prize.

    • Audio Connection reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and entrants and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these terms and conditions.

11. Instagram and Third‑Party Platforms

    • This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Meta, or any other third‑party platform.

    • Entrants acknowledge that they provide their information to Audio Connection and not to Instagram or any third‑party platform.

    • Entrants release Instagram and other third‑party platforms from any claim or liability arising from or connected with the promotion.

12. Privacy and Use of Information

    • Audio Connection will collect and use personal information (such as name, contact details, and delivery address) solely for the purposes of administering the promotion and delivering prizes, and otherwise in accordance with its privacy policy.

    • Audio Connection’s privacy policy is available at https://audioconnection.com.au/pages/terms-and-conditions.

    • By entering the promotion, entrants consent to Audio Connection using their name, Instagram handle, and general location (e.g. city, state) for reasonable publicity and marketing purposes related to this promotion, including but not limited to announcements on social media, the Audio Connection website, and email communications, without additional compensation.

13. Marketing Communications

    • Entrants may be invited to opt in to receive marketing communications and updates from Audio Connection.

    • Opt‑in is voluntary and not a condition of entry.

    • Entrants may opt out of marketing communications at any time using the unsubscribe mechanism provided.

14. Liability

    • To the fullest extent permitted by law, Audio Connection and its officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) suffered or sustained in connection with the promotion or any prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.

    • Audio Connection accepts no responsibility for late, lost, misdirected, or damaged entries or prize deliveries, whether due to technical issues, network congestion, postal or courier errors, or any other reason.

    • Entrants participate in the promotion and use the prize at their own risk.

15. Changes, Suspension, or Cancellation

    • Audio Connection reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the promotion at any time if it becomes necessary to do so (for example, due to technical problems, fraud, or circumstances beyond its control), subject to applicable laws and any necessary regulatory approvals.

    • If the promotion is cancelled, Audio Connection is not obliged to conduct a replacement promotion.

16. Intellectual Property and Content

    • Entries must not contain any offensive, unlawful, or infringing content.

    • By entering, entrants grant Audio Connection a non‑exclusive, royalty‑free licence to use, reproduce, and share any content posted in relation to the promotion (including comments, tags, and images) for the purposes of administering and promoting the giveaway, subject to Instagram’s terms and the entrant’s rights.

17. General

    • Participation in the promotion constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.

    • These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.

    • Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this promotion will be dealt with in the courts or tribunals of New South Wales, Australia.

    • If any part of these terms and conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that part will be severed, and the remaining terms will continue to apply.
