Built on Devialet's original inspiration—an amp that delivers high-end performance from a compact and beautiful unit—each model in the Expert Pro series is an all-in-one powerhouse: You get an exceptional stereo amp, network streamer, DAC, and phono stage.

As you move up the range these amplifiers increase in power output, which means each gives the same excellent sound quality but at higher volume levels. Consider the size and power demands of your speakers, as well as your room size, as you decide.

This model, Expert 140 Pro, gives you 140W per channel (into a 6Ω load). The next one up is the Devialet Expert 220 Pro.

Dual-mono & multi-amp capable

For a massive increase in performance, each unit can be set up to act as either a mono amplifier or a multi-amp component. This means with two Expert Pro amps, you can dedicate one amp to each speaker, instantly doubling your power and control. Or you can use each pair of speaker outputs to drive a different part of your speakers (bi-amp setup).

Devialet proprietary tech

• Analog Digital Hybrid (ADH): Allows the Expert Pro to pump out high-powered, class A control and depth without the need for huge heat sinks and a spacious case. Hence, high-end sound from a smaller unit.
• Speaker Active Matching (SAM): Tell your system which speakers you have (the database has 1,000+ models) and the amp will adjust the output to get more a deeper, more accurate bass response.
• Magic Wire DAC: This design synchronises parts of the DAC chain instead of performing them in series so that the signal chain is as short as possible, decreasing degradation of the delicate line-level output.
